Create a more reliable and thorough records of plenary sessions to ensure that delegates (especially new ones) are better informed and prepared for future sessions by having a better understanding of previous sessions. The executive should use CFES PM and CFES Congress as grounds to explore new ways to report information that happens in sessions to members.
