To ensure that constant representation at meetings is maintained, quorum is met on a regular basis, and information is regularly transferred between regional organizations and the CFES.
Whereas: A decrease in the Regional Ambassador’s attendance at board meetings decreases communication and involvement of the region’s schools and hampers the decision making ability of the CFES Board of directors.
