The Women in Engineering Task Force, set up by Engineers Canada, has released a report with their recommendations for both attracting more women into the Engineering Profession and retaining women within the profession. Their goals include raising the profile of engineering and making its image more appealing to a diverse audience, as well as working with industry to promote the value of a diverse workforce, and becoming more accomodating to females working as engineers.
