Proposal Submission Guidelines
How to submit a proposal:
- Load the submission form
- The following items are required on the form:
- Motion title: A human readable title for the motion
- Mover: Your school as mover of the motion. If you have a seconder please put it in at the time of submission
- Status: Leave this as "pending submission" until you are ready to submit, you should change it to
- Goal: A high level description of the intent of the motion
- Be It Resolved That: The actual content of the proposal. The resolution should contain specific actions that will be implemented by specific groups, be it an executive, commissioner, or the executive as a whole.
- Submit at the bottom of the form.
- If you need to find your message again, search through the list of current proposals here.
- Don't paste text directly from Word. Either use the Paste as Plain Text button below (clipboard with a T) or copy from Notepad or TextEdit
