I trust that everyone's post-Congress recovery is going well - only took me about a week to get my feet back.
We've been in full swing since Congress. With work progressing on the Canadian Engineering Leadership Forum Summit, transition starting between the two Executives and promotion work on-going with the Ottawa Declaration, it's been a busy time.
Over the next few months, the bulk of my focus will be on transitioning the new team, developing a comprehensive strategy for the upcoming year, managing the promotion and awareness of the Ottawa Declaration and finalizing our contributions as well as application process for the Canadian Engineering Leadership Forum Summit (www.engineeringsummit.ca).
Beyond this, the rest of the team is hard at work at wrapping up projects such as the Event on Education, International Engineering Competition, preparing for the Complementary Education course at the University of Toronto, run by our very own Official Languages Commissioner, Charlsie, and a plethora of other projects.
